Sharing open and honest feedback is a big part of how we engage with each other at PKF Smith Cooper, and our twice a year pulse survey provides an anonymous forum for all team members to share their thoughts.
Following feedback from over 120 team members, we have committed to a range of actions including more transparency around salary benchmarking and company performance as well as improvements to offices, our kudos reward scheme and our volunteering programme.
