Corporate Finance Secondment

Location: Derby or Nottingham

Contract: 3‑month secondment - Starting 1st of September 2026 to 30th of November 2026

Salary: No change to current salary

We are excited to announce a Corporate Finance secondment opportunity that allows you to explore different departments, build new connections, and gain insights that could support your long-term career development.

About the secondment

Duration: 3 months – after which you will be returning to your current department

Location: Derby/Nottingham

Purpose: To broaden your understanding of the wider business services function and support stronger cross‑selling across our accounting offerings.

Eligibility

This secondment opportunity is designed for part-qualified employees seeking experience in a different department. You can apply from any department, as long as you meet the following criteria:

To apply, you must:

  • Minimum one year of service

  • Line Manager sign-off required

  • Not currently on a Performance Improvement Plan

  • Be meeting current PDR objectives

  • Exam success rate reviewed

  • Must not be in a notice period
