Our corporate finance team specialise in comprehensive, high-intensity project management of deals, offering practical and commercially viable advice to businesses across a wide variety of sectors.
With a broad mid-market focus - from corporately-owned and owner-managed business disposals, corporate acquisitions and MBO’s, through to PE work, fundraising, business planning, consultancy, valuations, and more - our multi–award winning team is one of the most active in the region, regularly ranking in the top-10 in Experian’s Midlands Financial Adviser league table.
Our sector expertise makes us the advisor of choice in national and international transactions in some sectors. In particular we are specialists in the food and drink, franchise, self storage, telecommunications and automotive sectors.
As part of our corporate finance team, you will be empowered to take a wide-ranging, active part in all aspects of deals, working alongside a small, experienced client team on each transaction, whilst helping to shape the future of our fast-developing corporate finance division.
