This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to step into a role with real influence. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams, supporting recruitment, development, and firm-wide projects that shape the future of our business.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting our group companies, ensuring consistency and collaboration across the wider organisation.

The important work you will be doing:

• Provide expert HR guidance to managers and partners across the business

• Lead on employee relations matters, including performance, absence, and well-being

• Collaborate with the Talent team to support recruitment and onboarding processes

• Partner with the L&D team to help deliver impactful training and development initiatives

• Contribute to the development and implementation of people-focused policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations

• Support the delivery of firm-wide HR projects aligned with our growth strategy

• Support our group companies with HR guidance and shared initiatives

• Travel between our offices to build strong relationships and support local teams

Your skills and qualities:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR role (professional services background preferred)

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable

• A full UK driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial due to travel between offices
